Can users use Impactive in Spanish?

Yes! Users set their preferred language, English or Spanish, as the first step when they initially sign up for Impactive.

If they select Spanish, their entire Impactive interface will thereafter display in Spanish - all of the buttons, labels, etc. It's also possible to set up specific Spanish onboarding content in Campaign Settings, so they receive a Spanish-language welcome when they finish signing up.

Note that Impactive action content - the titles and descriptions of actions, the scripts (for texting, calling, etc.) used in actions, and the titles and values of tags or custom fields, will not appear in Spanish, unless the admin sets it up that way when creating the action. Some clients choose to set up two versions of an action, one with English content and one with Spanish content, and publish the English version to English-speaking users and the Spanish version to Spanish-speaking users.

Actions can be published to only users with a preferred language of English or Spanish. Find this setting at the end of the action setup flow across all actions.
