We're invoiced manually, and we'd like to move to auto-billing. Can we make that happen?

In most cases, yes! Reach out to [email protected] and let us know your campaign name. We'll likely be able to confirm that we can switch your campaign to auto-billing to a credit card - we'll provide a link to a Stripe page that you can use to input card details.

If your campaign does switch to auto-billing, your credit card on file will be auto-charged on the first day of the month for the prior month. (For example, you'll be auto-charged for your August invoice on September 1.) Invoices will include your monthly subscription fee, and any fees for texting/calling/forms/voter registration, just like they do now with your manual invoicing. You'll receive a receipt emailed to you after the invoice has been paid.
