We're on auto-billing, and we'd like to be invoiced manually. Can we make that happen?

In most cases, yes! Reach out to [email protected] and let us know your campaign name. We'll likely be able to confirm that we can switch your campaign to manual invoicing - we'll just ask for the email address(es) that invoices should be sent to.

If your campaign does switch to manual invoicing, the email address(es) you designate will receive an invoice from Quickbooks in the first few days of the month, billing for the prior month. (For example, you'll receive your August invoice in the first few months of September.) Invoices will include your monthly subscription fee, and any fees for texting/calling/forms/voter registration, just like they do now with your auto-billing. That email will have a link to pay the invoice - you can pay via credit card or bank transfer. The invoice will be due at the end of the month in which it is received.
