You cannot edit your own campaign name in Impactive. However, the support team can edit your campaign name if you'd like - reach out to [email protected] and let us know your current name and what you'd like it to be changed to.
Note that changing the campaign name does not change the original campaign URL (app.impactive.io/[CAMPAIGN-NAME]/etc.); that URL cannot be changed once a campaign is created. This URL is visible in the web browser when accessing the admin dashboard and volunteer web portal.
In the vast majority of cases, clients don't care about this; admins/volunteers will likely never notice. But, if you do care that your campaign's URL is perfectly correct, and you need to change your campaign name, the only option is to create a new Impactive campaign. That's why we recommend making sure that you use the correct campaign name (which in turn creates the correct campaign URL) right from the start.
