There are various reasons why administrators might want insight into the back-and-forth conversations happening from their Impactive texting actions: to get a comprehensive view of how recipients are responding to messages, to QA volunteers' performance, and more. That's why we introduced our new conversations view!
Conversations view, available for Peer-to-Peer Texting and Broadcast Texting, allows admins to monitor all of the (non-initial) messages sent, inbound and outbound, from their texting actions. As soon as a contact replies to an initial script, that conversation thread will be added to conversations view.
Conversations view can be accessed from the results page of a Peer-to-Peer Texting or Broadcast Texting action; find a button at the bottom of the summary metrics:

Upon opening conversations view, you'll see a full list of all the conversation threads created for this action. Keep in mind that threads are not created until a contact replies to an initial script - i.e. threads that are only the initial script are not shown in conversations view, to reduce clutter.
You can click into any of the threads to view the full conversation:
You can also use conversations view to locate the conversation with a certain contact, filter conversations by the user they're assigned to, or view only Needs Attention threads.
