Our platform has grown and evolved over the last five years, and we’ve relentlessly added new functionality to serve organizers’ needs. Alongside our product offering, we’re also focused on providing best-in-class client support and training to ensure that all organizers can become fluent enough in Impactive to achieve their goals. 

 

Our client support and training offerings vary by plan. (For more on the differences between our plans, and pricing information, check out this page):

 

Standard Plan: The Standard plan is best for smaller, self-sufficient organizations who are comfortable self-onboarding to Impactive. 

 

  • Onboarding Content: When you activate your campaign, you’ll be sent our getting started guide, along with several other helpful links for creating your first actions and inviting volunteers.

  • Help Center Hub: Visit our Help Center for 24/7 access to in-depth how-tos, FAQs, strategic organizing content, and more.

  • Responsive Helpdesk: For ongoing support, write in to support@impactive.io; our support team is ready to answer your questions and provide guidance. 

 

Professional Plan: Our Professional plan offers more robust training and strategic advising to ensure that your team is using Impactive to its fullest. 

 

  • Includes all of the support from the Standard plan, plus:

  • Weekly Admin Trainings: Brush up on your Impactive skills, and/or encourage new members of your team to become Impactive experts during their onboarding. We host an admin training each week - you can join as many as you’d like.   • Weekly Office Hours: Questions about Impactive implementation, best practices for your actions, and how to fit Impactive into your overall organizing strategy? Our expert Client Strategy advisors are here to help. We host a weekly office hours session - you can join as many as you’d like. State Enterprise or National Enterprise Plans: Our Enterprise plans offer full-service client support, data integration, and more for large statewide and nationwide organizations running extensive organizing programs.

  • Includes all of the support from the Standard plan, plus:

  • Dedicated Client Strategy Advisor: You’ll be introduced to your expert Client Strategy Advisor upon signup. Your Advisor will guide you through personalized admin trainings, host weekly meetings to re-train and receive strategic guidance, and provide other support as needed to ensure Impactive is fully integrated with your organizing program.
