What does "Administrators have not started this phone bank yet." mean?

As of July 2025, Impactive improved the method of starting a phone bank; publishing a phone banking action now starts the phone bank automatically, with no need for a second step to explicitly "start." Therefore, the warning "Administrators have not started this phone bank yet." no longer appears in Impactive. We'll soon remove this article entirely. Happy phone banking!
