While the majority of volunteer users have their names saved in Impactive (inputting name is required upon onboarding), some users with older Impactive accounts, and many administrator users, do not have names saved. In the All Users table, these folks appear with a blank cell in the Name column.
For the time being, user name editing is only doable via the volunteer mobile app. Have the unnamed user in question log in to the Impactive mobile app using the same email address used with their preexisting Impactive account; then navigate to the Profile tab (far right) > menu at the top-right corner > Settings > add a first/last name > Save Settings. Their name will now be saved.
