No Connection? No Problem. Impactive is available offline!
Just in case you find yourself canvassing in an area with low service or no Internet or need to wait until you're back on wifi, we have made it easy for you and your team to keep your work in Impactive. We are constantly releasing new great features like this, so make sure you have the latest version of Impactive installed on your device before heading out into the field, you can check by heading to your app store now! iOS | Android
To Start:
Open Impactive and click the Profile icon (Person shaped icon on the bottom right of your screen)
Select the menu at the top right (three lines) and tap 'Settings'
Click the "Try Offline Canvassing," button, and select '+ Report' to begin
You will be led to a screen for Offline Canvassing, where you can create a report
Click "+ Report" to open canvass reporting. Write down any prospective voter or supporter's name, contact information, age, and location, as well as any custom notes, tags or support ratings
Hit "Send To Campaign" to save the report in your Offline Canvassing screen
Once you are back in WiFi, click the "sync" button in Offline Canvassing which will seamlessly sync all canvassed data to your team's Impactive account!
