If you have integrated Impactive and NGP VAN - i.e. you've pasted an NGP VAN API key into Impactive - your integration may occasionally fail. If your integration fails, all account owners will receive an alert email, and you'll see a banner titled "API Key Error" at the top of the page Data > Integrations.
If your API key has encountered an error, the most likely cause is that NGP VAN has expired the API key. Unfortunately, VAN does this periodically, and it's not clear why. The best course of action is to reach out to your NGP VAN administrator, who can provide you with a refreshed API key.
